New rules for my stock.

-Note me with your art
-Cannot be used on Horseland.com
-My stock is allowed on all horse sims...but no horseland
-You may use my stock for RPGs
-Ask me for premisson to put a print
-You need to tell me what site, and put a link there too
-I won't allow you ajusting the colors on my images and reposting them as your own
-Use my stock, don't abuse it
